What we collect

When you submit the booking form on this website, we collect your name, WhatsApp / phone number, optional email, age, date of birth, the service you've chosen, your preferred date and time slot, and any notes you voluntarily share with us. Each submission is stored with a timestamp of when the booking was made.

If you instead reach out directly on WhatsApp or email, we only see whatever you choose to send us through those channels.

How we use it

Your information is used solely to schedule, prepare, and deliver your tarot session, and to follow up where appropriate. We do not sell, trade, or share your data with third parties for marketing purposes.

Confidentiality

Everything shared in a reading is held in strict confidence. Notes are kept private and never disclosed to anyone outside of your session.

Payments

Payments are processed through trusted gateways. We do not store card or banking information on our servers.

Your rights

You may request access, correction, or deletion of your personal data at any time by writing to hello@souldetox.co.
